Diwali Celebration at MASN NGO, Bhubaneswar
The Social Responsibility Cell, XIMB visited Madhurmayee Adarsha Siksha Niketan to celebrate Diwali on 19th October 2017. The happy jovial steps entered the place with an unprecedented grand welcome by the small children who greeted all of us with respect. The day started with musical chair competition for children of varied age groups. This event lifted up the spirits within everyone of us and nobody could resist laughing and enjoying.

Then it was followed by Rangoli making competition which left all of us stunned. The emerging talents and bubbling creativity were stupendous, who made some perfect and beautiful rangolis. Children were given drawing books for coloring and each of them was overwhelmed by receiving crayons of different colors.

It was followed by an interesting game where one has to lift up marbles through a spoon holding it in their mouth and transfer it from one bowl to another. The enthusiastic participants were all geared up to pick up maximum in limited time. After all these games cakes were cut and some delicious snacks and juice were distributed which satisfied everyone's hunger and brought in genuine happiness on this auspicious occasion.

A day yet to remember, a day devoted for a social cause, a day well spent with some bright sparkling buds, a day where ecstatic happiness is not constrained within self rather clinged to everyone, a day where we cared and shared some in-volatile memories.
